Who We Are
I am always covered in flour.
My kitchen floor is also always covered in flour.
As was my mother’s. She taught me the recipes that were handed to her from her mother and her grandmother.
For a long time I thought time spent in the kitchen, while always joyous, was just a part of life in the same way we brush our teeth. An undeniable fact of life for our wellbeing.
It wasn’t until I borrowed a rectangle cutter from a fellow local baker for my own birthday cookies, and they encouraged me to go for it, that I realised I could do this professionally.
So much love, perfectionism, and trial and error goes into ensuring there is that “ughhh!” and “mmmm!” for each and every bite. I’ll always strive to create the most beautiful, flavourful treats for your event, your gift, or even your company.
